Although main aim of MRCP PACES is testing candidates clinical competence in diagnosing common medical problems, , however,I think that all clinicians should know clinical trials that shape our daily practice. We should practise evidence-based medicine. I have collected clinical trilas that are relevant and important in our daily practice.
